Hello and welcome!

My name is Louise and I’m a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have worked in Mental Health services within the NHS over the last 12 years offering support to people with issues such as depression and anxiety.

Sometimes life throws curveballs our way and it can set us off-kilter. In moments of imbalance it can be hard to find the way forward. Psychotherapy aims to provide a safe space to explore and make sense of our internal and external worlds. With a sense of self-discovery and understanding we can then pave the way to find our sense of purpose and meaning in life.

If you’re finding that your thoughts are spiralling out of control, you feel held back by fear or depression, or you feel stuck at a point in your life then Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) might be the right approach for you.

Providing you with a safe space to talk

I hope to create a space that you will feel safe in to talk freely and without fear of judgement. I wish to cultivate the conditions to inspire and encourage people to live in line with their values and take action to do what matters most to them.

In-person and remote options

I offer face-to-face sessions in Swindon, or if you prefer having therapy from the comfort of your home I also provide therapy online.
